Really good and genuine leadership team - they want to do the right thing for employees and customers.

Cons

All vertically focused companies have unique challenges. Their focus on Higher Education provides many advantages - however Higher Education has budgetary and procurement requirements that can make sales cycles less predictable.

The people are sightlines are a lot of fun to be around, which made coming to work. If you're into traveling for work, you'll do some of that here.

Cons

The pay isn't in line with the cost of living where the offices are. You're pretty limited in terms of the options to progress at the company.
