      Pros

      Sift is a forward-thinking employer with a focus on employee engagement and satisfaction. Culture and flexible working are very high on the agenda, making Sift a great workplace. Work/life balance is clearly important.

      Cons

      Salaries are average, which the company is aware of and is working to improve. There has also been quite a lot of changes company-wide in recent years, which can be a little disruptive. The market is also a tough one at present, which can be challenging.

      Pros

      The culture at Sift is like no other company. The managers really care about your mental health and are always offering wellbeing days off and sending out cute care packages to the entire team. There is a lot of clear communication between staff, even with the challenges of working remotely, and they are constantly trying to do better and respond to how people feel.

      Cons

      The pay is a bit low for new starters but there was loads of opportunity for really good and fast pay rises.
