Great first impression. The onboarding process has been smooth so far, everyone I’ve interacted with has been welcoming and approachable, and the team seems genuinely passionate about what they’re building. Looking forward to contributing and learning from the talented people here.

Cons

It’s still early for me to identify any significant downsides. Like any new role, there’s a lot of information to absorb during the first few days, but the team has been supportive throughout the onboarding process.
