Having employment with a company that really cares about it customers and their experience is a must in my book as well, and this is one of those companies. I can sleep well knowing there are good teams in place to handle any issue that can arise, and do it efficiently. Working remotely, and independently, I enjoy the fact that there is no one micro managing. The Company as a whole is run well and is consistent. When you are hired and go for training, you are paid to do so, and are compensated for the first two weeks to get your pipeline filled. Not to mention your leads are paid for you as well. Anyone who has cold called can appreciate this factor! If you show up, and give it your full attention, you will succeed and do well. I am blessed to have found this opportunity. You can be as well.
