      Every day was a learning experience containing varied and unusual challenges and opportunities that involved numerous aspects of the law and business in the timeshare, hospitality industry.

      Cons

      Our private, entrepreneurial company was successful in the timeshare industry for many years and became a target for merger or acquisition on several occasions, which ultimately led to Wyndham's purchase of Shell Vacations in 2013.
