Pros

When in the office it’s modern, calming environment with lots of free amenities such as coffee machines, breakfast cereal station, yoghurts & fresh fruit. Payday pizza. Often celebrating days in the office such as national doughnut day with raffles & incentives

Cons

Not much availability for overtime but I suppose that’s good. Not much career progression unless you want to leave entirely

My team were the best, supportive and collaborative. Facilities were one of the best I had experienced. Great Benefits. Care about Wellbeing.

Cons

Exec team weren't too committed to my work. More Women at Leadership level needed.

Pros

Work life balance, benefits, great people, easy to get to. The company has a LOT of different teams and the roles and people in them can vary greatly. So far I seem to have been lucky in the three teams I've been in going by some of the one star reviews.

Cons

Canteen not great in Glasgow
