Employees tend to stay at Seton for over 10 years, it fosters an incredibly stable and secure environment. So many of the employees and management believe strongly in the non-profit mission of the school. Because mission is such a strong component, like-minded employees tend to be attracted to Seton.
Benefits are amazing, but pay might not be as high as the regular corporate market. I gave this 5 stars, but I understand employees with high personal expenses might not rate it as highly.
Cons
The Pro of stability and employee loyalty can also be a curse to career advancement as top positions almost never open up, so talented younger staff can feel blocked from moving up. A little more turn-over would actually bring an infusion of new ideas as well.
