      Pros

      The culture of this place is different from anywhere else that I have worked. The leadership team is invested in growing the careers of those on their team, and there are tons of opportunities to learn and expand your skillset. More importantly, the employees here are the most hardworking, dedicated, and supportive folks I have ever encountered. Time and again I see them treating each other like family and going above and beyond to support their coworkers. The 401k plan and medical benefits are great.

      Cons

      CBD is an emerging market, so there are natural challenges, but this team always seems to find creative solutions and works together to meet each challenge.
