      Company has an exceptional culture, focuses on professional development for every person at the company. Leadership is collaborative and trusts the team with a lot of autonomy, ensuring lots of opportunity for personal growth. Remote work adds to their commitment to work-life balance.

      Not many cons, I really enjoyed my time at SeisWare, it provided me with a lot of growth and career opportunity.

      SeisWare is a very friendly and supportive environment that emphasizes having fun at work in addition to making, selling & supporting quality products. Management is very open to new ideas and it isn't overly hierarchical. People enjoy coming to work.

      Cons

      Doesn't hire for a lot of senior positions.
