The SRL Berlin team is a diverse (yet predominantly male) team of different cultural backgrounds, hacking skillsets, and consulting focuses. The different teams' focuses range from red team engagements, large scale change management and pentesting to code reviews, device testing and maturity reviews. The team leads make sure that projects remain diverse and challenging. This way, you're rarely bored and regularly challenged. When not-so-cool tasks are up, the leads create a good atmosphere and make sure that the next project is more interesting. Most importantly, there is a very family-style atmosphere without the macho behaviour you often times find in IT. SRL is actively looking to increase diversity by reaching out to different backgrounds. In terms of international und intercultural diversity, there is great success. The active outreach to females will hopefully be even more successful in the future.

I enjoy working at SRLabs because of its working environment, its learning opportunities and community of colleagues. Working at SRLabs is very motivating, as it usually involves projects with well-known and well-established clients. This makes the working environment very professional and the experience overall very pleasant. Additionally, in this company there is always room for improvement, and there is great flexibility and understanding towards the worker's desires to learn more about a specific field may be useful to your position. Finally, the team of colleagues is very friendly and comfortable. Our yearly work retreat allows the team to come closer and create stronger bonds, which are reflected team-work forward approach.
