Great flexibility and work life balance

Cons

Overall "package" isn't very competitive despite them saying so, they also include 20% bonus in this "package" but the 20% is never paid out, so it's a joke it's included.

Good Pay. The job role is fairly easy to pick up. My favourite aspect was the staff and the friendships I made. Annual Screwfix Live event - allows you to network.

Cons

Very rarely was I able to get a weekend off.
