Pros

The CS team has been great so far. A good amount of us are new, but we have been making tons of progress and learning a lot. When a few of us were hired, it was right around the start of renewal season, so it was fast and felt a little over whleming, but our leadership team was extremely supportive. Our team genuinely gets along and support each other.

Cons

Fast paced, sometimes communications get lost due to how fast, but our director and VP do a good job of informing us.

Working at this company is great. Everyone is so nice and friendly, which makes the job easier and more enjoyable. All the materials are well-organized and easy to find making the job even smoother.

New Leadership brought in fresh faces and perspective

I joined under the original leadership of the company, and it was fine, but thats about it. Company didn't feel that it was growing into what it needed to be and the leadership was ok with it just kinda bumping along. I was starting to look at new positions when the new leadership came in. They really changed the culture to a more driven and motivated culture. They saw potential in the company and wanted to make it the best they could be. Unfortunately, some of my colleagues didn't feel the same.

Cons

I wish we had pursued some of the opportunities we had on the corporate side of the business, rather than staying solely in education.
