Pros

- Scootitude events onboard - fun, dynamic and young culture - less hierarchical structure within cabin crew division - meeting different colleagues and passengers each workday - work life balance if plan roster well

Cons

- may not be suitable for those who dislike routine/changes/irregularities - customers may be rude, require tact and skill to manage them - prolonged flying may result in cumulative fatigue and imbalance to sleep/eat patterns

Good work life balance, nice collagues, great working culture. Lots of activities to engage employees. Plus if you stay in the east. Benefits if you love to travel.
