Something I really appreciate about the company is they genuinely cares for employees' growth, both professionally and personally. They provide a learning platform and mentor is there to guide, share knowledge, give feedback and challenge you to develop and  improve. Having a good mentor in a workplace is really important and it's no easy to get elsewhere. They care for employee's personal needs and practise staggered working hours. This is truly a relief for all the working parents. Last but not least, there is a culture of recognition in the company where your efforts will not go unnoticed. This apply to all levels includes the cleaner. Overall, this is a tender-heart and purpose driven company. A "do something" company.
