Pros

-Really listen to employees' concerns -working hard on DEI initiatives and educating staff -truly bipartisan work, only GVP org doing so -fairly paid with unlimited PTO -very aware of all levels of income: provide corp card if needed and upper mgmt follow same rules as lower staff. 100% remote - can work from anywhere and well supported doing so

Cons

-like most NFP you all want to do more, although never enough hours. Work is very important and it's easy to keep working
