      A company is moving with great vision. Also, caring about employees future is also important. The best thing is that the company and employee match and combine their vision and move everyone ahead with fantastic growth.

      Cons

      As an employee and a responsible person, I have not seen anything which I can add to the list of Cons*. Strong vision about the goal is the main power, so there are no cons from my side.
