I am really enjoying my time at Safehinge Primera. it's a business that genuinely lives by its values- people and the mental health sector are at the heart of everything they do. There's a real sense of teamwork and collaboration across departments, and leadership actively encourges feedback and continuous improvement. The company is always looking ahead, investing in innovation through deep research and better ways to serve its market. If you're passionate about making a difference and working in a supportive, forward-thinking environment, this is a great place to be.
Cons
The business did previously try and to do much which had a ripple effect on all team members, however, with changes to our processes and new additions to the team the business are making strides in a proactive and efficient approach.
