Pros

Safari Ltd is a great place to work for numerous reasons but the top 3 for me would be mentorship, the space to create, and the freedom to make mistakes. During my time at Safari, I have received great mentorship from many if not all of the people I have had the pleasure of working with/for. Unlike many companies, your coworkers will guide you with the goal of making you the best you can be in your respective field. The space to create is also a key part of what makes Safari a great place to work. Safari looks to innovate and gives employees the tools to do so whether that is in the form of moral support, technology, or just simply promoting a "do what feels right" mentality for creatives on the team. Last but not least, from the top down, Safari gives the freedom to make mistakes and use it as a valuable learning opportunity. Anything from a small "oops" to what could be described as a fire, you are always encouraged to take it as a lesson and come back better. This is easily one of my favorite parts of working here and should be heavily considered by any young professionals looking into a role with Safari.

Cons

One area where I feel Safari could improve is company and morale boosting events. I have heard in the past there were some pretty fun opportunities for employees such as a workout club, tarot readings, etc. It would be awesome to see the return of some of those events. :D
