      Very down to earth approach to delivery. No silly takes on "Agile", they just are agile. Ambitious company Great products

      Pros

      Successful company who knows how to treat their employees. Even in times of economic downtime, they did their best to give merit increases and bonuses. Managers do their job well and they do not micro manage. Pleasant working environement with great employees.

      Cons

      There is some room for growth and promotion, but not as much as you will get with larger companys. No workout facilities or the like for employees to de-stress during the work week.
