      The people. I loved everyone I worked with at STI, it's the reason I stayed so long.

      Cons

      STI was sold to Azalea Health, who got rid of the STI developers a few months after acquiring us.

      Fantastic Boss who allows you the leeway to make executive decisions assuming you have proven that you know what you are doing.

      Cons

      Working with difficult clients can be a challenge, but if you have the experience necessary to deal with difficult situations, you should be able to be successful in getting them to pay their bills.

      Pros

      I was only with the company for a shirt time, but everyone I had interacted with was always very kind and helpful. Even speaking with people in other departments, everyone truly tried their best to accommodate. I especially liked the virtual Town Hall meetings, they really made everyone feel included. It was definitely a very welcoming environment.

      Cons

      None that I can think of.
