Friendly and good working environment, helpful colleagues and superior, good benefits e.g. flexi hours, meal allowances, high employer EPF contribution, optical, dental, shaded parking for all etc.. External training provided for job knowledge enhancement.
Cons
Tight work schedule on task assigned. Less work life balance
