      Healthy creative freedom and great colleagues

      Pros

      Pay above average, creative freedom is above average. High profile clients, ability to travel to different cities for projects. Definitely a portfolio and resume booster. The company has seemed to have positive growth within the last year. Enjoying the current team and new hires who are friendly, talented, hardworking people.

      Cons

      The workload and pace can get high during certain pushes for presentations and production. Similar to the busy times, there are also lulls. Not resonating with the other extreme reviews on glassdoor but it could have been before my time.

      A Challenging Year, But Signs of Progress

      Pros

      It’s been a tough stretch with a lot of changes and uncertainty over the past year or so. Things felt disorganized, and morale wasn’t great. But recently, after the acquisition by another company, there’s a sense that things are starting to turn around. There’s better communication, and new leadership seems to be trying to rebuild. The team still has some really talented people, and when we can focus on the actual work, it feels rewarding.

      Cons

      It’s still stressful. The challenges haven’t fully gone away, and there’s still some confusion as things get sorted out. Processes could use more detail, and not everyone is on the same page yet. The workload can go from light to heavy, due to delays from engineering. But, it does feel like there is a plan.
