Pros
Working as a IT consultant you have a high degree of autonomy, planning your work with a high degree of freedom and therefore have quite some responsibility yoruselves. You are able to work on the edge of new IT technology; work with lots of different customers and will gain experience and knowledge in a relative small amount of time. Excellent work-life balance.
Cons
If you are a senior IT expert you will also be confronted with less high educated and less experienced colleagues with higher chance of mistakes or delays in complex projects

- Open culture, open for criticism. - Good compensation and benefits. - Right size company (not too small, but not too big) - Helpfull and friendly colleagues.
Cons
- Slow decision making. - Too much laid back culture. - Slow on execution. - Not the solution provider anymore, more and more a broker of human recources.
