I volunteered at their food pantry and everybody there was incredibly kind and helpful. Music played while we readied the food and we could always sit down with some water when it got too hot.

Cons
As with all social work, there are challenges surrounding funding and capacity. Need to be prepared to wear many hats.

Thank you! Working at SEAMAAC definitely gives you room to explore and try your hand in projects that you wouldn’t otherwise have the opportunity to do in more corporate, strictly regimented organizations. We love to see our employees grow and challenge themselves!
