“The culture at SCI is truly unique in that individuals are made to feel valued, employees genuinely care about one another, and work-life balance is prioritized. There’s a lot of support between teams, along with events that reinforce the company’s values. I appreciate how our leadership team truly leads by example and makes intentional efforts so that everyone feels valued. Specific to marketing, it’s a great environment to support many different teams across the company, work on a wide variety of projects, and enjoy the flexibility to start new initiatives.
