No firm process in place - for some great news "6 o'clock turn off the computer and go home" exposure to more engineering areas, beach view

No firm process in place - for some total disaster, blaming mode in place! Not recommended for freshers - you may have no one to guide you and learn wrong habits. Not recommended for seniors - you will not grow anymore and your knowledge will be wasted. Unreasonable expectations from management, toxic relationships between management and staff, huge turnover, no strategy, and direction. no bonus...relay zero
