The team dynamic was very positive and I enjoyed being a part of it. -The management and leadership were very supportive and provided a lot of guidance and direction for my work. Managers were always available to answer questions and provide feedback, and they were always willing to take the time to discuss my career development and offer support and guidance. I felt like I was given the tools and resources I needed to succeed in my role, and I always felt like I had the support of my managers and the leadership team. I was very satisfied with the level of support and guidance I received from the management team.
