      Pros

      The company culture focuses a lot on development and I think it’s fun to work alongside others in a competitive sense. No one really loses but it’s cool to compete.

      Cons

      Can’t think of anything right now, keep up the good work!

      Pros

      I like the job because it has a lot of training and room for growth. I came in for marketing experience and the manager knew what he was talking about and has a lot of experience in marketing so I gave it a shot. I learned a lot about the entire marketing plan and now I get a lot of autonomy because I showed I could manage myself and contribute.

      Cons

      The first couple weeks were a ton of work and there was a learning curve but I have been here for almost a year now and it is much easier. Only con might be first two weeks because of load management.

      Group of hardworking people that know how to make work fun

      Pros

      I like that I’m actually building a portfolio of work instead of coming in every day to do busy-work that doesn’t help my experience or my career. There is some great earning potential since they give guaranteed pay but also don’t cap your commissions. The culture is really cool too, you can tell everyone actually enjoys working together.

      Cons

      Managers are definitely always looking to see improvement, so it doesn’t ever really turn into a job where you can put your feet up. I guess if you just want a way to make some extra cash I would say this isn’t the company for you, but if you are looking for a career it’s nice to have a manager that’s willing to keep teaching you like that.
