Pros

Positive and collaborative work environment. Teams work well together and support each other. Company has made a complete 180 after removing ineffective management, and it only keeps getting better. They are committed to growing and supporting employees long term.

Mid-size family-owned company with 100-years of history in Machinery industry and $55M revenue, Rottler Mfg. is the diverse team of approx. 100 professionals. There is a safe and friendly work environment, and good compensation and benefits, and lack of micro-management, as its culture is built on trust. Comradery is big there: you can always count on your coworkers and mangers if you need help. Very low employee turnover tells you everything. Great place to work and to grow professionally.
