      Pros

      Great place to build cool mobile apps and tech. Not bad to be in beautiful down town Los Gatos, either.

      Cons

      Doesn't have quite the benefits at the GooglePlex. Where's the chef and cafeteria? Well at least there are good places to eat lunch like Southern Kitchen.

      Pros

      It was a great company to work for under its founder. Once taken over by Buongiourno, then Lumata, it failed. The original management team was nimble and very responsive to customer needs.

      Cons

      The Buongiorno management team changed frequently. It seemed as if they were more interested in filling out spreadsheets than meeting with customers, more interested in turning down business with a 30% margin because they couldn't get 40%. They were sold to Lumata when they had but one customer still left, and didn't last but a few months after that.

      Pros

      Mobile mobile mobile. Rocket Mobile now Buongiorno USA is a company focused on developing mobile communcation solutions. They possess an interesting mix of products in WAP and native mobile clients.They have a very solid development team.

      Cons

      As a company that has multiple talents, products and business relationships, it has been difficult to see focus from the senior management regarding the overall direction of the company.
