Lots of influence of the product development Starting to get a good agile process Clear vision and short iterations to lead to the goals Starting to find it's culture and values.
Cons
Priorities changes quickly when the company learns new things so it's not an environment if you are looking for a fixed 5 year plan.

Pros
Rocker is a place filled with ambitious people who thrive in a fast-paced environment with lots of autonomy. In addition to this, everyone is friendly and helpful. Being in this environment has allowed me to grow immensely. At Rocker, you are given trust but also a lot of responsibility. You’re also encouraged to take initiative. The company is quite small and there is not much hierarchy and you feel that you can start a discussion with anyone and that your opinion is valued. The pace of work is fast and constantly changing. High impact decisions are made often and quick. We might make mistakes sometimes but we’re well aware of that and do not look to blame but rather try to move forward. It’s quite a rare environment, especially in Sweden, and if you do not enjoy and thrive in such a place, then Rocker is not for you.
Cons
Being a fast-growing company, we’ve had the usual challenges of scaling the organization. Lots of tools and processes that are common in larger orgs are not in place yet, for better or worse. Rocker has made some big re-orgs at times and some of them didn’t work out as well as they wanted.
