Pros

Financial rewards, travel, experience, opportunities, leadership roles. Being self employed allowed greater opportunities and flexibility than any other role I've ever taken. Being able to coach others how to sell is incredibly satisfying.

Cons

Long hours, commission. Impossible to be lazy or relax at any point.

Pros

Great fun, teaches you resilience and good communication skills

Cons

You work 10hours a day 6 days per week and sometimes for nothing if u don't make a sale- you are given people to train and some cannot even speak English! The company don't care, it is like a cult,
