I have worked several jobs before joining River Run. After many years, I can honestly say that I don't think I will ever find a better place to work, or boss to work for. Paul genuinely cares about each of his employees, and that is a quality that is severely lacking in the working world. His passion for his clients, his company, and his people is evident with every interaction. He, along with everyone else here, have each other's back for anything that comes up; whether a personal issue or a professional one - we all go through it together. It really is inspiring. Career development is always at the forefront, as well. If someone is interested in learning more about a new technology or interest, they have full support to pursue it.

Cons

Full schedules for all of our techs makes it difficult to find someone to assist, if needed. Usually someone is available to assist, but it may cause delays in other areas. Pay is a bit sub-standard to similar roles in the industry.
