Im serious, working at Rhythm is like hitting the job lottery! I know what you're thinking.. this guy is blowing smoke. IM NOT! Rhythm has it all and that's hard to come by. Great work environment (my house), compensation $$$$, benefits, TRUE work/life balance, FUN, and diversity (not the training, like for reals). Rhythm truly values their employees. Working from home can be hard, so Rhythm brings everyone together each quarter for a face to face and it's such an amazing time with great people. Everyone here is a wealth of knowledge, you will learn A LOT! Also as a developer it's important to keep your hands on the latest tech, Rhythm has it (I'll save you the tech jargon and buzzwords)! I could go on and on.. but I will end with this. DO YOU LIKE TO WIN? If you're saying yes, then you know what to do.

This company is the most transparent company of which I have ben a part. From the CEO/CTO and down. They are up-front and honest about salaries, about where the business is at, and about where you stand. Everyone is so much fun to work with and our quarterly on-sites are such a blast! I have been involved with multiple start-ups and this is the healthiest I have ever seen. I truly feel like I got in on the ground floor of something amazing!
