      Great urban location, design focused process, out-of-the-box thinking, wonderful group of staff, interesting project mix, one collaborative studio environment

      The one collaborative studio environment seems to make staffing and sharing of staff resources tricky but gives employees an opportunity to work on different project types.

Open communication policy, all designers are contributors. Firm culture offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development. Good people.
