      Pros

      The team at RevStream is unlike any other I've ever been a part of. Everyone wants to see their coworkers succeed here, and they will help each other out to make sure that happens. The work-life balance is AMAZING. Understanding and flexible management all around.

      Cons

      A small team means you wear many hats - sometimes we get stretched to the max and it can be overwhelming. But there is always a helping hand willing to help out whenever you need it.

      Pros

      Amazing team - everyone's a team player because everyone is willing to help each other out with a great positive attitude. With a small team, RevStream lets everyone learn a lot from other departments which brings a good start up environment. Def good work/life balance - lots of fun activities like happy hours, sport/fitness events and free lunch/snacks/drinks!

      Cons

      None! - RevStream has a great team including senior management, awesome benefits, amazing work/life balance -- Overall good culture and value! Cannot complain!

      Pros

      Free food everyday, great start-up culture - we learn a lot. Teammates are very experienced and we learn from them. Can learn from departments other than the one we are working in. For instance, if we work in Engineering, we can interact with and learn from Marketing, Pre-Sales etc.

      Cons

      No cons really - unless you definitely prefer working in a big company.
