      Pros

      I have worked here for upwards of 2 years and it has always been pleasant. There is a need to feel like a close-knit family and as a remote employee, I never feel alone. What I find very fundamental and commending is that, even when you know you are not functioning at your optimal, they always encourage you and they are never in a hurry to hit the gavel on you. It is truly a company that cares.

      Cons

      A few sub-standard technological resources, makes work sometimes tedious.

      No Better Company Out There

      Pros

      This is by far the best employer I have ever had. I have worked in the industry for over 22 years, with multiple employers. I have had some great employers but RPG far exceeds them all. This is a family that works well together and takes care of it's employees. A lot of great work comes out of this CRO.

      Cons

      It's a smaller size (growing) company, but to most that is a positive.
