Unless you suck up to management you'll go no where. It's allot about being in there circle. One don't like you the rest won't like you. No matter how good you are.
Learned a lot and everyone is helpful when you are learning.
Cons
Some people have been there longer than 10+ years and they can get annoyed easily but honestly just be patient with them and everything will be alright.
