      Pros

      The management at Religiate strongly believes in collaborative work and encourages everyone to take up responsibility in their respective department. Working at Religiate has helped me to evolve in my profession.

      Cons

      Although there aren't many, one thing I'd like to mention here is that... Sometimes to meet some deadlines of clients, the employees are required to work overtime. I have noticed people taking this negatively but I feel that is how Advertising field is.
