      Exponential Growth and Involved Staff

      Pros

      For the past 10 years I have worked in both the retail as well as the food industry. I always felt like just a number with no room for growth and salary that never increased. I gained interest in Reign Management went I heard about the growth the company offered. I sat down with the manager and I knew this was for me. I am very grateful I was offered the position. I have seen such great opportunities offered by the company. I also really enjoy the involvement the managers have in every department. Feels great to call this a career I enjoy.

      Pros

      Being able to work with top level clients right out of college has been the best experience that I have had so far. I graduated with my Business Management degree about a year ago and wanted to gain more experience on the front end operations of a company. Reign has provided me with the hands on training and development that I needed. Every day within the company I am learning something new and being able to help out my coworkers makes the environment really stand out.

      I think there should be more online interactive training or even a helpful app for the systems we use

      Pros

      The ability to grow as an individual and to be able to learn new habits and skills that help at work as well as with your outside life. The most important thing I have been able to take from my time with Reign Management is how to take control of my day to day responsibilities.
