      Pros

      A great place to work, really lovely colleagues and a fantastic cause, that is so important right now in the UK. The leadership team listen and empower staff. There is a lot of opportunity to grow within your role and learn new skills.

      Cons

      Workloads can be high and its an emotionally demanding environment but they do try and support teams as much as they can.
