Reflections have always been incredibly supportive of my aspirations and personal goals, alongside those for the business. I was new to tutoring and the training and development was second to none in ensuring I was set up accordingly. The management team are helpful and knowledgeable and also can have a bit of banter too. Even when I was struggling they gave me a one to one meeting to discuss how they could improve my work load and setting out a structured day to day list, as everyone works and learns differently. This then made me find my balance and job easier for me. My fellow team members made my stay there enjoyable and encouraging, they also setup my work area ready for me to start. Reflections training academy also have a interest in things such as having a celebrating employees birthdays etc . The hiring process was wonderful and easily streamlined. All expectations were made clear throughout the entire process.
