Pros
- The CEO and COO are so nurturing and caring. They go above and beyond to ensure that the team's wellbeing is number one. This filters through all of the company - The office environment is always fun! - Harry the Chief Happiness Officer (the office dog) is great for a cuddle on those dreary Monday mornings - All the leaders are open to ideas which makes the environment really dynamic and interesting! - Social events and team events bring everyone together, even those who are not local and work remotely - The 4 day working week brings a level of flexibility that I haven't had before. It allows me to have an extra day in the week to unwind properly before starting work again on Monday. - We are trusted by the leaders to do our jobs, which is great! We are hired for our skills and that is evident in the autonomy everyone has!
