Pros

Great place to work for people who actually want to make a difference, working with and on latest technology, very talented and extraordinarily supportive co-workers, pleasant work environment and many opportunities to learn.

Cons

Obviously working in a growing start-up means high workload in a very dynamic environment. Communication throughout the teams could use some improvement.

Pros

- Overall a very skilled and experienced team: Ree hires great people with big ambitions. You can tell that the team cares about building a product that changes the way we move in metropolitan areas and makes mobility safer and more affordable. Most people also have 7-15 years of experience, which is quite unique for a startup - Great culture: the Ree culture is supportive and inclusive. Management cares a lot about making people feel welcome and is open to feedback and continuous learning/improvement. It is also a really international culture and feels innovative (people get things done, try out new things and work together as a team) - Big vision and exciting product roadmap: the team at Ree thinks really big, which is exciting. The product has developed a lot over the last year and the team has solved some big challenges. It's really exciting what the company has achieved over the past year and what will happen in the next 6 months - it will make a big bang - Management cares about individual people and helping people succeed. The company had a challenging time at the end of last year since one out of several projects hadn't progressed enough over a few months, which meant that the company let go of some people (much fewer than what is suggested on some other reviews here). The management team offered generous outplacement support to those affected (in kind and they put a lot of effort into helping find new opportunities). You can also tell that the team learnt from past mistakes so that this will not happen again - Strong investors and well funded: Ree's investors are very supportive. The company is well funded with a long runway

Cons

- It is a startup culture, which means that there are sometimes longer days and tight deadlines. Expectations can be high, which is good for growth but also requires some resistance to stress. Nonetheless, the company has learnt a lot over the past year and is now following a better and more structured planning process that has led to realistic and achievable timelines
