Being an Apple partner, really helps in closing deals, the product is strong, the team is supportive and its a fun place to work
Cons
getting meeting is super hard, everyones know apple no one knows redbox, the Clients spend limit is limited by the quality of the app. lots of companies do this already in house
Environment is friendly and there is a great communication between teams. This gives good opportunity to improve yourself across multiple disciplines. Also management cares about employees a lot. Both with social activities and personal development trainings, it helps employees to improve. Client portfolio is also great. Being part of these big projects is good opportunity to gain experience.
Cons
Since new clients are coming and leaving, workload is fluctuating. Sometimes it is so busy sometimes quite free. This actually gives good opportunity to improve yourself in available times.
The team are great - professional, knowledgeable and hard-working. Everyone is really friendly and working towards a common goal of growing the company. It's quite diverse in terms of ages and nationalities, so it's fun chatting to individuals about their experiences and this brings a great diversity to the organisation. We are supported well - with an EAP scheme (Employee Assistance Programme, so you can speak to someone if you need support), good benefits and perks. For me, every day is different and presents different challenges and ways to work, so this keeps me on my toes.
Cons
Like everywhere I have ever worked, the workload is heavy, but it's rewarding when you've done a good job and made sure you've done your best. There's always more to do! Sometimes communication can be a little hard to keep up with as so many systems are used, but this is my personal opinion.
