The creative team at Red Square is amazing. There are lots of people here who put their heart and soul into their work. Though I no longer work for Red Square, the skills I learned there set me up for future success in my career.
Cons

The transition to a remote work environment was bumpy but they've been making recent changes to try and alleviate some of those problems.
