      Pros

      I have never met an owner so involved with his co-workers. He is extremely humble and always doing events to keep up employee morale. Everyone works well as a team very eager to share information and help each other grow. The work you do is appreciated and there isn't a closed door policy all are open when needed. It is a great feeling to come to work!

      Cons

      I feel some communication may get lost. It is hard being a growing company and get information to everyone!

      Thank you for your feedback. You have voiced a common concern. While not officially a newsletter yet, we started posting and/or discussing "Hawk Happenings" last week. We are hopeful that this step will keep everyone feeling more connected. It is our intention to publish updates each month as you have suggested.       Pros

      Redhawk has a great working environment. The management staff takes great care of their employees by providing great team building events. Staff is informed on a monthly basis as to how the company is performing and at the same time celebrates new hires, birthdays and anniversaries. Very welcoming company.

      Cons

      I really don't have any cons. I am however, not used to only having a PTO scheme for time off. I think if someone has to do their civil duty and appear for jury duty, this time should not be charged to PTO. Employee should be paid total amount less voucher amount offered by the county they are serving.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Feels like family here. They treat the employees great no matter what department you are in. I've never worked for a company where I feel so appreciated. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I absolutely love it here.
