While we are pleased that you would recommend us, we are sorry to hear that you feel that our working hours are not sustainable for operational demands. Our rostered working hours are planned to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation (including some early or late shifts) but these are typically on a 4-on 4-off rota basis and we would like to reassure you that our shift durations & rest breaks adhere to both the MCA and the Working Time Regulations We appreciate your feedback and taking time to share your views.

Camaraderie & teamwork is so important and we pride ourselves on our professional and dedicated workforce. In relation to your point on morning work, there is indeed the need for some roles to have shifts that start early in the day, as our services operate 24/7 and we commit to provide a lifeline service to/from the island.
