Pros
- Work with latest technologies on every project - No limits on what you can achieve if you are a self starter - Management is always willing to listen to feedback - Constantly refining our processes to make improvements across the board - Lots of variety to the work we do - Many opportunities to communicate directly with clients - Education / Training budget is provided to everyone - Everyone is always willing to help, even juniors share what they can - Fully remote and always will be - Flexible work schedule (within reason, as long as you are responsible) - Team outings are always fun - Opportunities for volunteering with I.C. Stars
Cons
- Would be nice to have more Senior+ developers - Can get pretty hectic/overwhelming at times, since we have to meet client schedules and sometimes things overlap during critical phases of the project - Because this is a smaller company, it lacks some of the extravagant benefits of bigger tech companies.

Red Foundry offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and flexible environment. The leadership is heavily involved in the day-to-day of the company, reachable, and overall a joy to work for. I love the remote-first nature of the company. The work is fun and engaging. I have learned so much at my time here, and continue to grow every day.
Cons
Remote only work can be a challenge at times, but we strive to improve our processes at all times.
