      -Such a team mindset. Everyone encourages everyone. -Opportunity to own my own business one day -The boss is supportive and fun!

      Cons

      - not for people who get discouraged when they don't hit goals. More for people who want to do better whether they hit their goals or not.

      Pros

      Great place to work! I was a team leader for about a year with Red Belt Solutions and was able to really expand my knowledge of the sales and marketing industry. The growth opportunity there was great and I was able to take on some management duties as well.

      Cons

      It’s definitely not for people who aren’t self motivated. There’s no micro managing so it’s up to you to take care of the things you need to do!

      Fun place to work, great team, lots of upside potential

      Pros

      RBS has built a great team and the management is very good at keeping everyone focused on the goals. We all work hard and play hard and the team spirit is phenomenal. Lots of opportunity to learn and stretch, and we are rewarded for our performance.

      Cons

      Selling is hard work. You have to stay motivated and work your numbers, but the upside is worth it.
